All American Meat Loaf

Tonight we tried another new recipe. Sorry I didn’t get pictures, it smelled so good that we dug in before I remembered ;) This morning Patty went in search of a good meat loaf recipe. She found this one at CDKitchen. Patty, measured, mixed and laid it all out so when I got home, all I had to do was combine it and cook. Today it was my turn to figure out the delayed bake feature on the oven so when she got home from her appointment it would be ready. A couple of changes to the recipe, she added a 1-1/2 teaspoons of Leah & Perrins Worcestershire and decided to drop the glaze for simplicity. I must admit, this is an excellent meat loaf. It was moist but not mushy and had an excellent traditional flavor. It was very easy so give it a whirl.
