Sierra Nevada Mustard

Sierra Nevada Brewing, the beer guys, have some really great flavorful mustards. The three flavors we have tried are Pale Ale, Porter, & Stout. The Pale Ale is a sweet mustard which is great on turkey sandwiches, the Porter is a spicy brown, and the Stout is a stone ground. Both the Stout and Porter are great additions to egg salad and potato salad due to their added bite. You can get them at most major grocery stores and although a bit pricy, mustard usually goes a long way so it’s not that painful. Check out the factory store here.
